By hiring Yanmrt Digital Agency for any service (SEO, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, Branding), you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Due to the nature of digital services—requiring time, labor, and intellectual work—we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If you cancel your project before any work has started (strategy, planning, setup, or design).
    → A full refund minus a 5% processing fee will be issued.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to an internal issue on our end.
  • If there is a billing error or duplicate charge.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Ad Spend paid to advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok)
  • Completed work already delivered or approved
  • Monthly retainers once the billing cycle has started

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly service agreement at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email.
